Here is your Monday Wod preview story:

Moses is the only trooper who shows up for 6am.  Coach Lucas comes home at 7am, crawls into bed and says “Man, Moses is a great guy- he worked his ass off, that is a TOUGH wod!”

I don’t know the wod so I cannot post it yet, but there’s your preview!

Lots of birthday burpees for me today-ugh!

11:00am Class, Get your wod in and bring a friend if you want!

12:00pm Class, Get your wod in and well, ok, bring a friend if you got up too late for the earlier class!

1:00pm TUF kids (CANCELLED)

2pm-5pm Skill work-   Lucas and Armando will be available all afternoon for you to drop in and work on your “skills”.  Anything you are unsure of, need help with, wanna get better at……..we have a LOT of new people, this is a great time to stop in for an hour and learn, learn, learn and all you old timers – don’t be afraid to come in to “brush up”
